UCO College of Business Fundraising Packet
Project
The Dean of UCO’s College of Business needed a fundraising packet that could win over donors, and after sitting down with him to understand his vision, I knew every detail needed to signal a college worth investing in. The result was a custom-branded luxury folder holding a set of customizable one-sheets — covering everything from the Leadership Development Program and Student Managed Investment Fund to a New Building Project, scholarships, and a personal letter from the Dean. Original campus photography brought the packet to life throughout, and the client sought a high-end piece, so I leaned into premium materials and specialty printing to match. By the end of the year, the college had met its fundraising goals.

The Brief
Before anything could be designed, the packet needed images that felt authentic to campus life (not stock photography standing in for it). I spent a day directing and shooting a student photo shoot across UCO’s College of Business, working with real students in real spaces, to capture nearly 60 images. The goal was a visual language genuine enough to carry the packet’s message. The photography would go on to shape not just this project, but the college’s website and social presence for the year ahead.
The Process
The client sought a high-end piece and relied on my expertise to suggest unique printing processes & premium materials. We utilized the highest quality paper and printing techniques to achieve the luxurious aesthetic they desired. To create this sophisticated look and feel, I designed a custom folder featuring a blind emboss logo on the folder & shimmering foil for the school's tagline on the inner left folder panel (and went on press checks to ensure the vision was coming to life). The folder itself, made from uncoated navy blue paper stock, had a buttery texture and a custom die-cut shape, crafted in collaboration with the printer.
